Alleged Nokia 1520 Phablet leaked Via Twitter.
Nokia manages to still some of the shine from much-purported iPhone 5 release. Images of the device, code named Bandit, have been previously leaked but the latest, from Twitter account @evleaks , show exactly how the handset is.
It actually looks much like its smaller Lumia counterparts. The device has a 20-megapixel rear camera, which causes a bulge from the relatively flat back, in line with the Lumia design. In addition to this, the device is reported to have a 6-inch screen with 1080p full HD resolution.
The Lumia should also include the Qualcomm quad-core Snapdragon processor and, obviously due to its new Microsoft godfather, the latest version of windows phone 8.
Sources say that Microsoft intends to alter its user interface to a version dubbed GDR3. It’s also rumored to have an additional column of Live Tiles on the Start Screen, driving mode option, a rotational lock among other UI changes included with the update.
It is well known that AT&T had the device for testing, so, going by this we should expect it to launch later this year, if not farther down.
This leak comes just days after Microsoft splashed the headlines with news of its $7.2 billion attainment of Nokia’s IP license and handset trade.
